Ukraine-Russia Conflict: Key Updates

Russia has launched a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine, targeting energy infrastructure and causing significant damage. The attacks have resulted in power outages and disruptions to water supplies.

The Ukrainian government has called for long-range Western weapons to be used against Russia, while Russia has promised a 'worthy response' to Ukraine's incursion. The conflict has escalated, with Ukrainian forces advancing into the Kursk region of Russia.

There have been casualties on both sides, and tensions are high as the situation continues to unfold. The international community is closely monitoring the situation, with Western allies being urged to provide support to Ukraine.

However, there is a divided opinion within the Russian opposition on the conflict, with some calling for negotiations and others supporting the Ukrainian army. The situation remains volatile, and the possibility of protests and demonstrations in response to the conflict cannot be ruled out.
