Flooding has significantly impacted several regions in Germany and neighboring countries. In Bavaria, Passau reached a critical reporting level, while Dresden saw the collapse of Carolabrücke, which led to debris affecting the Elbe's water levels.

The Czech Republic has managed outflow at Vltava dams to mitigate the situation, and debris removal efforts are underway to prevent further disruptions. Despite the challenges, authorities have deployed mobile flood protection walls in Dresden, and demolition of damaged bridge sections is expected.

In Pirna, the Elbe's water levels show signs of slight relaxation, with no heavy rainfall anticipated to worsen the situation. Magdeburg remains largely unaffected, with only minor overflow expected in Barby.

Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is prepared for manageable Elbe water levels, thanks to significant investments in flood defenses. Local authorities are on alert but maintain that current measures are adequate to handle potential threats.

Finally, in Klosterneuburg, smaller water bodies have also flooded, but levels are receding. The overall outlook indicates a cautious optimism as water levels stabilize and preventive measures take effect.
