Delays and Cancellations Plague Rail Travel in Germany

Rail travelers in Germany, particularly in NRW and Berlin, are facing significant disruptions due to various issues, including construction, staffing problems, and technical failures. In NRW, new construction sites, staffing problems with competitors of Deutsche Bahn, and station renovations are leading to cancellations and delays.
