Fire in oil refinery in Russia: Massive drone attack by Ukraine hits power plants near Moscow

Russia has reported drone attacks on an oil refinery in Moscow and two power plants, resulting in a fire that was later extinguished. Debris from the drones fell in the surrounding area.

Russia claims to have intercepted 158 Ukrainian drones. In Kharkiv, six people died and 99 were injured.

Ukrainian President Zelensky has appealed to the West for the supply of long-range weapons. NATO Secretary-General Stoltenberg has stated that Russia's soldiers and bases are legitimate targets.

Russian troops have marched into Ukraine on Putin's orders, and Ukraine plans to launch attacks using long-range weapons on Russian territory. Finland plans to ban Russians from buying property, with exceptions.

Ukraine has destroyed 22 out of 35 missiles and 20 out of 23 drones in overnight attacks on Kyiv, injuring at least two. Debris from the attacks damaged a water plant and a metro station.

Russia will revise its nuclear doctrine due to Western escalation, and Poland has activated aircraft to secure its airspace during the attacks.
