Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba is urging for the unlimited use of Western weapons to counter Russian airstrikes and support Ukraine's ground offensive. EU Foreign Policy Chief Borrell supports lifting restrictions on weapons.

However, some EU countries are hesitant, and the US still has restrictions on long-range ballistic missiles. Ukrainian success depends on bold decisions from its partners.

Ukraine urgently needs air defense systems. Despite promises of 39 billion euros in military support, delays from the EU have occurred.

Russia is responding with drone and missile attacks to plunge Ukraine into darkness and cold. Ukraine is also calling for joint air defense efforts with the EU.

The situation in Ukraine has resulted in a redeployment of Russian air assets and elite units. The Kursk offensive has yielded military and political results for Ukraine.

The EU is discussing possible sanctions against Israeli ministers and the situation in Gaza. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy is pushing for a joint shooting-down of Russian missiles and drones.

Ukraine has also developed its own long-range weapons and ballistic missiles. The situation in Ukraine is causing concern for neighboring countries, including Belarus.

The Ukrainian offensive within Russia is seen as risky but has limited Putin's response.
