Ukraine War: Biden Announces Military Aid, India Offers Mediation

In a phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky, US President Biden announced $125 million in military aid, including air defense, counter-drone, anti-armor missiles, and ammunition. Ukraine forces successfully attacked Kursk and recaptured Kharkiv.

Indian Prime Minister Modi visited Kyiv, offering mediation in the conflict. Hans Blix stated that Russia is unlikely to attack the Zaporizhzhia plant, while supporters of Yevgeny Prigozhin mourned him in Moscow.
