New Constitutional Loyalty Check: Brandenburg's AfD Files Lawsuit

The brochure aims to raise awareness among lawmakers and media professionals about the party's extremist tendencies.

Meanwhile, AfD politicians in Brandenburg continue to face threats, leading to investigations by the State Security Office. Additionally, the State Court rejected AfD's applications against the free support provided to government factions in drafting legislation, ruling that abstract legal questions cannot be subject to constitutional proceedings.

The court's decision is final and cannot be appealed. Similarly, the State Constitutional Court in Hessen dismissed the AfD's applications related to the handling of legislation by the state government, stating that only concrete actions or omissions can be the subject of constitutional disputes.
