Ukraine's Zelenskiy Vows Retaliation for Russian Strike

After a Russian missile strike killed at least 29 people and damaged a children's hospital in Kyiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy vowed retaliation. He called on Ukraine's allies to provide a strong response and strengthen Ukraine's air defenses and energy sector.
